Arc was originally formed to primarily provide these businesses with staff for both Permanent and Temporary staffing needs, from there, Arc began to provide its services to some of the clients and suppliers of these businesses. Arc delivered Lean Manufacturing techniques such as, 5’s and Cando to one of the businesses in order to standardise its workplace, streamline its procedures and to identify areas where there was un-necessary overheads. We call this service ‘ADDED VALUE’.
